A little macadamia nut and raisins for breakfast/snack... :)
Salad for lunch and a couple clementines!!!
Dinner was spaghetti sauce and some shrimp cocktail.. Needed some of those fishy oils! :)
I kicked butt at work out!! I had a PR in burpees! I did 19 tonight!! Woo hoo!! Friday night kick boxing!
