February 5th, 2014

Started my morning off with my coffee and a banana and I also broke down and had a dark chocolate square!!! Yum!! I needed it this morning! But I am down 16 pounds now! Woo hoo!!

Snack time hits... Pineapple and a chia pod pudding! Yummy!! Lots of water..

Lunch time:
A few roast beef lunch meat slices
Roasted cauliflower 
Pear and walnut salad
More water

Dinner time:
Chicken breasts fillets
Sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms
Olives, carrots and pickles
