Breakfast of champions at work!!!! Woo hoo! Fresh fruit and a egg casserole with sausage in it!! Yummy!! It's appreciation week at our school for all the classified staff (which is what I am) so they are spoiling us all week!!!

Tried tried tried to stick to it today and I failed!!! Ugggg! Had 1/2 a bagel with cream. Hesse and also some of that naughty flavored popcorn! I need to get my head back int he game and get myself gng at it once again! I know I can do this and I just need to stick with it no matter what!!
Had some corned beef for dinner, not to much but a little before I went off to kick boxing!
Yesterday was such a bad day with all the junk I ate because I was on the go and so lazy! So I'm not even going to post it, but I am back on track this morning with my black coffee and my banana this morning! It will be a much better day!!!
Had lunch meat and tomatoes for lunch.. Lost track of the day so not sure what else I had to eat!

Oh Em Gee.... My hubby put a pork loino n the grill tonight and did it ever turn out awesome! Made a homemade BBQ sauce!! Need to get that recip written down! It was awesome! Had a few 'candied carrots also! It was a great !
Good morning Friday! Oh how I am looking forward to the weekend! I've had a long and busy week! I'm just exhausted! I'm thinking I need a relaxing day and a nice cocktail tonight! :) maybe just a glass of wine but something that will end the stress of this busy week I've had!
Starting out this mornings I th my coffee and going to go and get ready for work and pack my lunch! Hope it's a great day!
4 bacon wrapped asparagus and some Mac nuts with raisins. Also ate a couple strawberries and drank lots of water. My body is sore from yesterday's workout and I think my hip is still sore from kickboxing!!
The most yummiest buffets!!! Roast chicken, ribs, mixed veggies and coleslaw!!! Oh yummmmm! And yes I had some wine tonight! And won my money at bingo!!! I will pay for it all tomorrow!! ;)

After I got done with my workout I came home and got something for dinner. 3 bacon wrapped asparagus. They are so so so yummy! And of course when we went to scouts I couldn't help but eat 2 of the peanut butter and honey cookies she had there! Those were awesome! :)
Happy Monday!!! School was cancelled today due to icy roads and freezing rain expected this morning, so we shall see what we do today.
Yesterday was a bit of creativeness. We made a broccoli soup and a carrot soup. Both currently in the freezer for those cold typ of days or quick pull out meals!
Coffee just finished brewing so I think I will go and get some! :) 2 hard boiled eggs and 3 of my bacon wrapped asparagus... I'm so glad there was some left over! It was so good! I have kickboxing tonight so I need to make sure that I have some good protein in my body!
