Must have been one of those days that I needed to cheat or had no self control....

Had a banana and 2 oranges with my coffee at breakfast... Then I went to the staff room... Had 1/2 a donut...

Lunch time hit and I had 1/2 of my chicken breast, another donut and 2 cookies...

I feel uuugggghhhh!!! Need more water and I have kickboxing tonight! :) we shall see how it goes for dinner! Thinking I'm just gonna top of e night with going to the local wine bar with some friends and listen to some music... We shall see...

Couple glasses of wine and a little sushi for dinner! :)

Didn't sleep very well last night because I was up to late and didn't want to wake up this morning. 

Wasn't to hungry for lunch. Had a few strawberries and an orange.

Dinner was some broccoli and a nice green salad with balsamic dressing. :)

Lunchtime I had some strawberries and a little bit of shrimp cocktail I bought last night. I will also have 1/2 of my chicken breast from this past weekend.

Have lots of healthy stuff packed in my lunch. Not overly hungry this morning! Have my coffee though and water to take to school! I'm ready for the day! :)

A little macadamia nut and raisins for breakfast/snack... :)

Salad for lunch and a couple clementines!!!

Dinner was spaghetti sauce and some shrimp cocktail.. Needed some of those fishy oils! :)

I kicked butt at work out!! I had a PR in burpees! I did 19 tonight!! Woo hoo!! Friday night kick boxing!

It's a Monday! Had coffee this morning and hats it.. Not feeling all to hungry but I'm sure by lunch time I will be.. Brought along some chicken soup and cuties! :)

Tonight I have been asked to speak at a ToPS weight loss group about Paleo and the good side effects. :) excited to be doing this! Also got a call from REC silicon wanting me to do 2 seminars a month for them on healthy eating and weight loss. :) excited for all these opportunities! :)

Only had a few bites of soup and 2 cuties... 

Had pita pit for dinner.. A grilled chicken salad.. :)

Good morning Sunday!! The family and I are going to head out to outdoors show in Wenatchee today.should be fun and lots of walking!

Started my morning with coffee and 3 eggs with 1 strip of bacon and 3 sausage links... :)

Was not hungry at lunch.. Went to Olive Garden. Had the healthy choice rosemary chicken and only ate 1/2 of the chicken and 1/2 of the mashed potatoes they served with it..

Had some chicken for dinner... I'm done! Blah!!!

Morning before my workout... Oh my! I only had 1/2 cup of coffee, and I survived! :) banana, macadamia nuts and raisins is what I had... Along with 1 liter of water...

Now to figure out lunch, because tonight is dinner and bingo night! :)

Celery with hummus for lunch.. And a few dark chocolate covered almonds.

Mexican buffet was so yummy last night.. Stayed pretty much to plan with the exception of a little scope of rice and 1 tortilla. Had my self some chicken fajita mix and a taco salad. It was good!! :)

Good morning! Coffee this morning! Got on the scale too and I am 4 pounds from my first goal!!!! :) 17 pounds to my 2nd goal!! I'm getting closer! Also having my dehydrated apples and a banana.

I've been so tired the last few days. I know last week just killed my progress for a few days, but it seems like maybe I'm back on schedule. We did lose one of our kitty's this morning which has put a damper on emotions right now. But, I'm not feeling bad today. My throat feels almost back to normal. I have also made a lot of soups this weekend. More tomato, carrot soup and chicken sups. Lots of soups on the fridge which is good. :) 

Having my morning coffee then heading out to get some things don't for today.

Lots of grapes and some raisins with macadamia nuts for lunch along with a little bit of steak.

Had some cabbage with bacon and onions for dinner".. Getting ready to go to kickboxing. :)

This is going to be a sad sad time. My daughter poor 'Pooh' kitty is not doing so week and has taken a turn for the worse. He isn't going to be with us for much longer and now I am going to have to console a sad little girl who has had this cat her whole life. :( we will get through this though.

Haven't had anything to eat. Feeling ok today. Wasn't feeling very good yesterday, but feel a little better today just sad now because of the cat. I have had my coffee this morning and also some freeze dried fruit. That's about all I have been able to Handle as of yet and we are coming up on lunch. So we shall see if I can sport some lunch or not.

Tomato soup and carrot soup simmering on their crockpots. Smells yummy..... I was able to eat a few strawberries for now.. Had my vitamins because I wasn't eating much today not feeling very good.. Also trying to put away the water... Need to drink some more.

Dinner was some homemade spaghetti sauce... Nothing else just the sauce ins. Bowl.. Only because I make it so thick and chunky! :)

Here we go! Day after valentines day and didn't do to bad! I can totally feeli t though in my joints! But yesterday was a special day so I'm ok with it! We are on our way to pick up our new bed and smoker in tri cities. I have my coffee with me and not sure how much I will have to eat today because of how I feel with all the gluten I ate yesterday! 

Almost forgot to blog what I had today... Wasn't feeling all that well. Had a 1/2 a ham wrap because we were on the move and I needed something to eat. Wasn't all that good but it filled the small little void I had.

For dinner I made some sautéed cabbage with onions and bacon. And drank lots and lots of water.

Very blah day and not feeling very good!

Oh the dreaded day of chocolates! It's that kind of day where everything is thrown out the window in the world of clean eating, dieting and all that stuff... I have my battle bag ready to go with oranges, homemade soup, and bacon wrapped asparagus. 

Working on my coffee this morning and have a plate full of cookies  in front of me that my daughter made for her class. But I haven't touch one of them! :) Yay Mom!! :) 

The hubby is taking me to dinner tonight at one of our favorite resteraunts. I'm going to try and be as good as I can there and order my food as healthy and paleo as possible! Shouldn't be to hard since they do everything from start to finish! :)

Hope everyone has a fulfilled day and if you are on that dieting/weight loss journey, I hope today doesn't set you to far back!! :)

Strawberries for snack. :) and I've had several cookies! PB with a Hershey kiss on top... Yumm!!!! ;) I am drinking a ton of water though! :)

Dinner time was awesome. Had some ceviche for an appetizer and a dun genesis stuffed salmon! It was fabulous! Had to order some strawberry shortcake for dessert since it was valentines day! And of course we had some awesome Boardoe with it!

Sickly husband at home means lots of soups in the house. Made a tomato soup yesterday have the chicken sup in the crockpot over night so that way he has soup today. And I will be pulling out the other crockpot to do a pork loin for dinner tonight.

Had some bananas, raisins with honey and cinnamon! Yummy breakfast! :)

Lunch time I had a bowl of chicken soup!! :) yum

Strawberries... Not hungry for to much although I need to eat something! Ugg, my workout kicked my ass! But it'll all be worth it in the end!!

My hubby is sick! Throwing up sick... I hate when he's sick because he's such a baby about it. And for some reason, he never knows why he's sick, why he's throwing up, or way he hurts. It's like he doesn know his body or how it feels and that drives me crazy!! When I get sick, I can usually tell you. It's because I have the flu, a cold, I ate something bad, etc. not him!!

Going to go on with my day and go to work because I can't be around him like this! Having my coffee this morning!

Some pistachios for snack. Not to hungry for lunch but have been snacking on raisins. :) more water.

Dinner was a little bit of chicken and 3 bacon wrapped asparagus ... Yumm!!! Still not hungry!

It's the hubby's birthday! Which means a nice dinner of sushi tonight. Which means, eating oh so good today! 

Yesterday wasn't as bad as I thought. Maybe it was the working out or the broccoli with dinner, but I actually dropped weight! Thank goodness!

5 pounds till I hit that first goal. Started out as 22 pounds to the first goal on January 1st so I'm getting close! 17 pounds gone and 5 to go! These last few weeks have been a. Slow progress, but they have been a progress. I am fitting back into my size 10 jeans. And that feels great! 

Getting ready to pour my coffee for breakfast and grab a banana.  Had a orange as well

Pistachios and strawberries for snack.

Lunch was some left over London broil and just a little bit of almond milk yogurt. A few more pistachios.

Had sushi for dinner. Although I did good and ordered sashimi I did have a little bit of rice, but didn't over gorge myself with it! And had 2 glasses of wine with dinner as well.

Bad morning! Only food wise though! I must of been craving some awful sugar! Started out with my black coffee and banana, had a little bit of trail mix and a almond granola bar, but then had a brownie that was in the staff room! Time for lots of water!

After 3 brownies today!!!! I drank a ton of water and had a little bit of steak and broccoli for dinner!

Kickboxing killed me! I could feel it in my joints that I wasn't right. I blame it on the gluten and sugar in the brownies! And of course now I have bad gas!!

I'm pretty sure this  is day 40 of my 30 challenge on myself! :)

Fell on my butt last night due to the snow and trying to unload the van! Landed  on my right cheek. I'm pretty sure it's going to bruise. Still hurts this morning! Coffee is brewing. I need some of that! Lots of snow on the ground and I'm ready to just relax today!  But, we have both grandparents houses to go to and the kids are looking forward to that! Let's see how this works out today!

Breakfast was 3 fried eggs with salsa on top and of course my coffee... :)

Lunch I had just a little left over steak from Chris's steak tacos at Aztecs... Not much cuz I wasn't to hungry! 

Dinner was a salad with some chopped London broil on top!! Yummmmmm (and a glass of wine!!!)

Having my morning coffee... We are heading to the tri cities today to do some shopping! I'm excited because we got our tax return and need to do a little shopping! :) must figure out what to eat before we leave though!

Had my banana for breakfast!

Heading to tri cities, stopped off at Starbucks and got a black coffee.. Decided today I wanted a little bit of full cream in it so I dashed it in there. Tastes good and nice little treat! :)

Of course splurged with Aztecs Mexican restaurant!!! Pollo fundido!!! Amazing!! And a marguarita! ;) need to take it easy with dinner!

The lunch I had made me so full I didn't even feel like eating dinner! Mayb that will be a pluso n the morning for me! But mad, I still feel stuffed!

Friday! No school therefor no work! Going to find something to do today! Going to make soups, spaghetti sauce and who knows what else!

Morning starting out with coffee so far! Workout was great last night! 6 more pounds to hit my first goal! Super excited a bout that! Then that means 19 pounds to the next. I'm getting just a little closer and closer to that final goal as well and putting this body into shape and tone up a bit. I can already see more definition in my arms and I can feel the muscle in my legs tightening up. Now just until the middle starts to do the same! :)

Lunch:
Banana
Small pork chop with some apple chutney.
Water

Dinner: small bowl of spaghetti with spaghetti squash
Then I was bad at my cousins house and had a sugar cookie and some cream cheese frosting! It was yummy but gave me a stomach ache!

Started my morning off with my coffee and a banana and I also broke down and had a dark chocolate square!!! Yum!! I needed it this morning! But I am down 16 pounds now! Woo hoo!!

Snack time hits... Pineapple and a chia pod pudding! Yummy!! Lots of water..

I hope I have gotten all the bad food out of my system. I wasn't hungry for hardly anything at all yesterday, but knew I needed to fuel myself with something, so it was fruit, veggies or a larabar. I'm having my coffee this morning but not sure if I'm hungry yet. May just wait a little while and have a banana and see how that does. I do have my workout tonight, so I'm looking forward to that. I needed to get myself back in the gym and it's starting today off. 1 day with th personal trainer, 1 day with kickboxing class and 1 day on my own. Maybe I should run the blooms day :) we'll see. That's not until May!!

New day, new week, new month. I can do this... Another 10-14 pounds this month would be awesome!!! :) I am paying for the none paleo food from last night! My tummy is still upset this morning and I have bad bad bad gas!

But, just had my spinach, strawberry and avocado salad for lunch. Still not hungry, have an apple, banana and pear just in case...

Super Bowl Sunday! That means lots of friends, big game, commercials and food! Lots of food.... Some of it bad food.... So I hit the gym this morning to do my workout. I'm ding part by taking a fruit and veggie platter to our friends house so I know there is going to be munchies for me along with an awesome strawberries and spinach salad that I have been dying to make and try!

Coffee this morning, going to get myself going and start making some food!

Lots of food... Bad food.... It'll be a better day tomorrow! Back to the basics!!! But Seahawks won the Super Bowl!!!!

Here we go! Starting a new month out! I'm ready! Didn't gain a pound after last nights great treat/cheat! :) I'm excited about that, but I'm back to the grind of all that I can do to get this weight off. I think my treat/chest is going to be valentines day this month!

Morning coffee is in hand. 

Went to the local health food store and found some chia seed pudding.. Chia seeds, banana and coconut milk. Had to get it and try it... Not to bad! :) that was my snack! :)

I did pretty good tonight with dinner! Nic choose where we ate. Rock Top Grilli s where we went. So of course he gets his fish and chips. I wanted a hot dinner and not a cold salad. So I had them do their California chicken burger minus the bun and the cheese and instead of steak fries, grilled veggies. It was good! I did have a glass of red wine with dinner and also snuck a couple of Nic's fries when he was finished eating! All in all a good night, lots of walking in heels and standing for pictures and that kind of thing. My feet hurt but I'll live! I avoided the root ever floats they had to munch on and the kettle and candied corn they were offering as refreshments. Stuck to my bottle of water.

Tomorrow is Super Bowl and we are headed over to a friends house for the festivities. I have decided to bring along a platter of fruits. And veggies and a salmon to have smoked. I think I will be able to stick to some good clean eating while there. :)
