As you may all know by know, my recipes make a lot of servings because I'm always feeding 6-8 people and need left overs for lunch. So if you are only making for 2-4 either half the recipe of prepare to freeze it for later! :)
Pineapple -crockpot- chicken
3 (ish) pounds of boneless skinless chicken
1 pineapple slices to bite sizes
1/2 c honey
1-2 bell pepper
4 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
I slice, dice and measure everything up and then toss it all in the crockpot.
Set I to low and let it go for about 6-8 hours.
Hubby loves this over a bed of rice and I love it over quinoa! :)
If I feel a little spunky I will grate or dice finely a jalapeño and toss it in there too, just to give it a little kick! Super yummy and the kids love it! :)
