Had my coffee and banana for breakfast. Macadamia nuts and raisins for mid morning snack.

Lunchtime I had some strawberries and a little bit of shrimp cocktail I bought last night. I will also have 1/2 of my chicken breast from this past weekend.

Water water water....

Had a salad, olives and a chicken breast.. :)
