Good morning! Coffee this morning! Got on the scale too and I am 4 pounds from my first goal!!!! :) 17 pounds to my 2nd goal!! I'm getting closer! Also having my dehydrated apples and a banana.

Snack time:
Cutie
Macadamia nuts & raisins

Lunch:
Tomato soup
A little bit of cabbage with bacon and onions

Dinner:
 1\2 cup tomato soup
A little bit ground beef
Strawberries

Once again not overly hungry
