January 12th, 2014

I'm down 11 pounds. Feels great to get myself back.  It feels great to take that control back over my life. 11 pounds to goal 1. 24 to goal 2 and 36 to goal 3. Back to the gym tomorrow to work with Ben. 

Now onto my day starting with this awesome cup of coffee! :)
Breakfast was some strawberries, a pear and 2 strips of bacon. Yum!!!!

Lunch time was just a handful of macadamia nuts and raisins. 
Dinner time:
London broil
Roasted broccoli
Mashed cauliflower
Tossed green salad
All was so amazingly yummy!!
