January 14th, 2014

2 weeks into this now. As of this morning, I have lost 13 pounds. I am just 9 pounds away from my first goal which I hope to hit by the end on the month. 

Of course starting my day off with my morning coffee!

Morning breakfast was a banana
Mid morning snack pear

Lunch time:
Bowl of tomato soup
Green salad with balsamic dressing

After a long day of meetings, work, homework and first aid training. I was able to have a peppermint tea, half of avocado and a taco salad.

I'm exhausted!
