Why am I at a stall?? I haven't lost a thing! I'm eating right I'm excercising and not a single pound has come off in over a week! So frustrating! I don't know what I'm doing wrong or what is going on! Uggggg!

Having my cup of coffee this morning!

Had myself a much needed banana this morning for breakfast :)

Lunch time:
Asian pear
2 hard boiled eggs
1 cup of paleo tomato soup
1 orange

Hubby did dinner tonight:
I had a salad with some steak over the top! Yum!!!
More water!!!
